Licensor observed mirrors in most classroom taped to the walls or near diaper changing table, not secure with regular tape, pose a hazard to child safety Licensor observed a green relectrical extension cord in front office accessible to children near computer, only to be used for temporary use, along with exposed cords near computer. Licensor observed an outlet in kitchen near water source and in classroom of preschool room, without GFCI Licensor observed in hallway between infant room and kitchen a wall outlet with safety cap and non- tamper resisitant outlet. Licensor observed tables in Preschool 2 room that have flakey paint and screws coming out of white shelving that need to be removed Licensor observed broket toilet top, tapped in Pre-K bathroom Licensor observed plastic bags in majority of classrooms accessible to children Licensor observed in majority of classrooms flaky paint on walls, that children have access to, in need of repair. Licensor observed corded items in hallway of a old water cooler with cord accessible, Toddler 2 Room radio near diaper table - cord loose, and in lobby office area near computer and humidifiers. Licensor observed humidifier plugged into a double handwashing sink area, that had no GFI and at child's accessible level as a hazard.
